Our Quality Process
We inspect, measure, verify, and test electronic components from the outer packaging inward to confirm compliance with applicable specifications, order requirements, and defined inspection criteria. Inspection findings, product photographs, test results, and final approval records are documented for traceability.

Check available documentation, purchase requirements, manufacturer information, part numbers, date codes, lot codes, and traceability details.

Verify manufacturer, part number, lot code, date code, label format, and print consistency for possible irregularities.

Quality checkpoint 04
Examine markings, package surfaces, leads, terminals, and overall condition under magnification for signs of alteration, damage, oxidation, or contamination.

Quality checkpoint 05
Measure component dimensions and compare relevant physical characteristics against available specifications and inspection requirements.

Quality checkpoint 06
Capture high-resolution images of packaging, labels, markings, and product condition for inspection documentation and traceability.

Quality checkpoint 07
Testing includes X-ray, solderability, electrical testing, surface analysis, and decapsulation, depending on product risk and customer requirements.

Quality checkpoint 08
Approve products for shipment only after all required inspections and testing have been completed.

Counterfeit components, inconsistent markings, improper storage, and unreliable inventory create serious supply-chain risk. Every order is reviewed through a documented, risk-based quality process before release.
Testing Support

Our quality team performs electrical and functional testing based on component type, applicable specifications, order requirements, and customer instructions. Testing parameters are selected to evaluate relevant component performance and functionality.

Our quality team uses visual inspection, microscopy, X-ray, surface analysis, and decapsulation when appropriate to evaluate component authenticity. Destructive and nondestructive methods are selected according to product risk, inspection findings, and customer requirements.

When you require third-party testing, we can submit the components to a qualified, accredited laboratory for independent testing based on your requirements and provide the resulting test reports upon completion.
