QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Built Through Verification.

Quality is not achieved through promises. It is built through careful inspection, appropriate testing, documented review, and responsible final approval.

Quality Inspection Team

Final release is authorized only after all required inspection and testing records have been reviewed.

Our Quality Process

We inspect, measure, verify, and test electronic components from the outer packaging inward to confirm compliance with applicable specifications, order requirements, and defined inspection criteria. Inspection findings, product photographs, test results, and final approval records are documented for traceability.

01
Electronic components in original packaging with ESD and moisture protection

Quality checkpoint 01

Package Inspection

Inspect packaging integrity, seals, moisture protection, ESD materials, and storage-condition indicators for damage or irregularities.

02
Quality inspector reviewing electronic component documentation and records

Quality checkpoint 02

Document Verification

Check available documentation, purchase requirements, manufacturer information, part numbers, date codes, lot codes, and traceability details.

03

Quality checkpoint 03

Label Verification

Verify manufacturer, part number, lot code, date code, label format, and print consistency for possible irregularities.

04

Quality checkpoint 04

Visual Inspection

Examine markings, package surfaces, leads, terminals, and overall condition under magnification for signs of alteration, damage, oxidation, or contamination.

05
Laboratory technician measuring electronic component packaging with precision equipment

Quality checkpoint 05

Measurement

Measure component dimensions and compare relevant physical characteristics against available specifications and inspection requirements.

06
Digital microscope camera documenting electronic component condition

Quality checkpoint 06

Digital Photography

Capture high-resolution images of packaging, labels, markings, and product condition for inspection documentation and traceability.

07

Quality checkpoint 07

Testing

Testing includes X-ray, solderability, electrical testing, surface analysis, and decapsulation, depending on product risk and customer requirements.

08
Approved electronic component inventory organized in the warehouse

Quality checkpoint 08

Final Quality Approval

Approve products for shipment only after all required inspections and testing have been completed.

Quality-controlled electronic component inventory prepared before shipment

Quality Begins Before Shipment.

Counterfeit components, inconsistent markings, improper storage, and unreliable inventory create serious supply-chain risk. Every order is reviewed through a documented, risk-based quality process before release.

Testing Support

Authenticity Testing

Our quality team uses visual inspection, microscopy, X-ray, surface analysis, and decapsulation when appropriate to evaluate component authenticity. Destructive and nondestructive methods are selected according to product risk, inspection findings, and customer requirements.

Third-Party Testing

When you require third-party testing, we can submit the components to a qualified, accredited laboratory for independent testing based on your requirements and provide the resulting test reports upon completion.
